Our Process

If you’d like us to manually delete your account then the steps are:

1. You fill in the details below identifying you are account owner.
2. We email you to validate you are the owner within 2-3 working days.
3. You respond to the email and confirm the account should be deleted.
4. We delete the account and you receive confirmation by email.

The duration of this process will depend on how quickly you respond to our verification email. We endeavour to process all requests as efficiently as possible.
